Rose is a rose (poem)
    • The poem may be easily rewritten as a song. Now it is just a poem well suited for "Valentine's day" greeting or message.
    The tune is based on a popular Russian traditional song "Kalinka". It has been also well known in the East Europian Slavic countries of the former Soviet Union and now in the rest of Europe. It has an interestingly unique style and abruptly varying tempo. This is frequently played as a 'solo' with an ensemble of orchestral accompaniments with accordion, and the iconic Russian Balalaika, acrobatic dancers and costumes.
    The parody is so beautiful and expresses a loving sentiment!
