  Their angelic, ardent song (the wailing cry) demanding attention, is the most penetrating, urgent, beautiful, passionate, and the well-known among all the sounds we hear. It's the most familiar one we hear rising from every home, family, and society all across the world. The babies sob expressively; weep in sorrow; whimper in hunger with soft intermittent sounds; grieve plaintively when mum is not touching or present; scream in pain; blubber noisily; bawl in spasmodic and periodic tantrums (using alternate rhythms/ beats/ tempo/ intonations, and other evocative manner). Babies produce sounds in different pitch (notes), rhythms, and harmony in natural, and spontaneous ways to communicate their current needs by changing various elements of simple sound bytes to convey syntactic (order in which specific sounds are voiced) vocal expressions in strong emotional ways. They sigh when consoled and attended to their needs. Astonishingly, all these sounds pack the musical elements in concise and cryptic formats, albeit they are tenuously subtle, fuzzy, or enigmatic to discern. 
Here, the author elucidates them in those lyrical lines and wonder if  the living beings are born already with music in them. Shall we dare say? "Music evolved from baby's passionate and needy voices".  In fact, the musicians are cleverly imitating, interpreting, incorporating, enhancing, codifying, and colouring the same musical scale & structure the babies initially presented to the world. The music makers rearrange the initial form in myriads of ways, forms, and genres in their lyrics, songs, and compositions marveling the listeners! Don't humanity owe much of it to all the babies?
   The nature seems to possess infinite wisdom and resources to support what it creates. It's up to the living folks to seek, search, discover, and apply them in appropriate ways to sustain and enhance lives & livelihoods. On the contrary, any disregard or misappropriation shall inevitably incur disasters, catastrophies, and even the very existential threats, as we frequently experience and face more and more frequently in recent times.
